PORT BAKU RESIDENCES. LEISURE CLUB

The “Port Baku residence” high-rise residential buildings are erected in the neighbourhood of the Port Baku Towers office blocks on the Neftchilar avenue in Baku near the sea port that is transferred from the city centre to the Alyat village. The complex includes three high-rise buildings located on the common trade podium. The project includes residential apartments, gymnasium and health complex, multipurpose conference halls and parking space for 2,000 cars. The construction project is located near the business districts of the city, recreation and leisure facilities.
